Spark started the development work for the brand new 4-cylinder from Japan with the aim of maximizing performance and giving an even more aggressive sound and look to the "baby screamer", so as to make it perfect for the most important tracks around the world.
Such careful and meticulous work results in different systems configurations allowing to significantly improve performance, add a touch of 100% Italian design and reach even the most restrictive sound limits required in some European circuits.
A truly excellent result, so good that it has been chosen to equip all the Kawasaki ZX-4RRs in the first and most important single-brand trophy: the 2024 Kawasaki British Superteen Championship, within the BSB Championship.
GKA8850T complete system is the protagonist of the British single-brand championship: it is composed of Aisi 304 stainless steel manifold with 4-2-1 pipes diameters and tapers designed and tested to optimize performance. The technologies and structural details of such product is derived from experience in Superbike and Moto2: CNC machined solid connections, the choice and sizing of compensators guarantee top reliability and performance.
The system is also decorated with the Konix Evo silencer: the latest silencer created in Spark R&D has an extremely racing design. The carbon end cap has been designed in collaboration with a Maranello style centre. The volume allows the Konix to comply with the dB level imposed on British circuits and and the same time it is extremely light because it is entirely made of titanium (the silencer case and the inner endcap are made of titanium). The silencer can be provided with the db killer (G9999), NOT included in the box.
The mounting kit includes the hanger to chassis for race use as wellas a dedicated mounting kit for the original bike, allowing you to keep the passenger footpegs.
The second proposal is GKA8852T full system with the new Force Evo l. 350 mm which allows you to reach 105dB@7500rpm. The silencer has a refined and aggressive design, modernized and streamlined by a groove on the titanium case that converges towards the lines of the carbon endcap, a perfect blend of energy and elegance. Such complete exhaust system also includes the hanger for fixing to the chassis for the typical race use as well as a second hanger to keep the passenger footpeg.
In cooperation with Kawasaki Germany, Spark has also developed a specific proposal to be within 98dB@7500rpm, with a special Force Evo silencer in 400mm configuration and 2 dedicated dB killers.
Finally, GKA8851T full system with Grid-O silencer is available, with the super aggressive muffler used on the Moto2 and Superbike World Championship tracks, without dB limits. This last option is extremely appreciated in those countries where there are no sound limitations and it is supplied with a hanger for the passenger footpeg, for those motorcycles in their original configuration. The racing hanger to chassis is optional.
